About the event
This concert in the Sala Bianca of the Teatro Sociale in Como is devoted to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791). It is a celebration of his eclectic genius and of his friendship with Joseph Leutgeb, for whom he wrote his splendid horn concertos.
The programme has two works: the Horn Concerto No. 4 in E-flat major, K 495, and the Quintet for piano and winds in E-flat major, K 452. The horn is played by Ririna Furugen.
The concert is held in collaboration with the Conservatorio di Como.
The performance is part of the CAMERA CON MUSICA subscription and of the DINAMICI subscriptions. Single tickets go on sale on Saturday 5 September at 10:00.
