About the event
From Wednesday 4 March to Wednesday 25 November 2026, the weekly Wednesday market returns to the centre of Lecco.
The market covers the areas between via Sauro, piazza Mazzini, piazza Garibaldi and the car park along Viale Costituzione. Every Wednesday it hosts more than 50 stalls with a wide and varied offer, from food and fruit and vegetables to clothing and other goods.
Three special dates are also planned on Saturdays 11, 18 and 25 July. On those days the traditional market of the former Piccola Velocità area, with about 70 stalls, moves to the city centre and also uses Piazza Affari, besides the areas of the Wednesday market.
Both the Wednesday and the Saturday markets are open from 7:30 to 14:00. Traffic changes are in force on market days; the traffic order is available as an attachment to the official notice.
